As of 3:51pm on Wednesday, June 12th, Sifton Fields are playable as well as all other Saskatoon diamonds.
As of 2:54pm on Wednesday, June 12th, games in Saskatoon for all divisions at all diamonds are ON, with the POSSIBLE exception of games at Sifton Park. Our maintenance crews are out checking on the condition of the diamonds at Sifton Park and we will notify you IF they are not playable due to today’s rain. 2:48pm: With the low temperatures forecasted for this evening, and the high winds, possible rain, all baseball games in all divisions are cancelled for today. If it doesn’t rain and you want to use the diamond for practice, you can go ahead and do that.

4:52pm: The diamond maintenance supervisor has been at Nutana Park, and Nutana was hit hard late this afternoon with rain, there are some bad low spots. The current weather is cooperating, and a game-time decision will need to be agreed upon at the diamond by the coaches if the game will proceed at 6:30 or not. If needed, use the rakes in the shed on the low spots.
4:33pm: The diamond maintenance person has been to Geoff Hughes Park, and the diamonds are still currently playable, games will go on as scheduled. In the event that more rain occurs between now and game time, game time decisions may need to be made. If rain occurs during the game and makes the fields not playable, there is time tomorrow morning for the games to be completed.
4:06pm: Game-time decisions will need to be made at the diamonds on whether the games will be played today or not. Currently the diamonds are in decent shape. There may still be some rain between now and game time so that may change. But as of 4:06pm, games can still be played.
4:00pm: With the second recent downpour and hail, we’ve been notified that the diamonds are not playable for the 4:30 game. Stay tuned for the 6:30 game.
2:32pm: Temperatures have risen, low chance of moisture, all games in all divisions are ON as scheduled.
9:07am: As of Sunday morning, temperatures are higher than Saturday with less wind, the 11U A games are on as scheduled.
