15U AAA & 18U AA/AAA SPBL Fall Tryouts for 2026 Season Registration Now Open

Registration for tryouts for the 2026 15UAAA teams is now open:  Click here to register for15UAAA tryouts

  • 15UAAA tryouts are open to boys born in 2011 and 2012 and girls born in 2010, 2011 and 2012 residing with-in the Saskatoon city limits.
  • Registration closes August 26, 2025. Skills Assessment for all players will be September 2, 2025 at Nutana baseball fields. Players scoring high enough to move on to the scenarios tryout will be invited to attend sessions on September 8 & 9, 2025. Times and additional information will be emailed out to players shortly after registration closes. For players unavailable for the Sept 8& 9th sessions due to the AA hockey tryouts, please email saskcitywidebaseball@gmail.com so we can make alternative arrangements.
  • Please e-transfer the $125 registration fee to saskcitywidebaseball@gmail.com

NEW for 2026 – 15UAAA will move to metal bats with BBCOR -3 differential or wood bats, bamboo bats and wood composite bats will be allowed.   Females playing in 15U are permitted to follow the 16U Girls bat rules. Please ensure your player has a bat that meets the requirements when he/she attends tryouts. More information about the bat rule is available at:  https://www.baseballsask.ca/2026-bat-rule-changes

15UAAA Coaches

We are also accepting applications for head coach of the2026 15UAAA teams. Please submit the following information to saskcitywidebaseball@gmail.com before August 15, 2025.

  • Your name, and the division that you are applying to coach (15UAAA)
  • Tell us a little bit about yourself and why you are interested in coaching
  • Please share previous coaching experience

  • 18UAAA and 18UAA tryouts are open to players born in 2008, 2009 and 2010 and female players under the age of 21 residing within the Saskatoon City limits. Registration closes August 26, 2025.
  • The initial individual players’ skills evaluation will be held September 3, 2025, additional tryout information and dates will be shared after registration closes.
  • Please e-transfer the $150 registration fee to saskcitywidebaseball@gmail.com

18UAA Coaches

We are also accepting notice of interest for head coaches of the 2026 18UAA team(s). Based on the 18UAAA player draft and the results from the Skills Assessment on September 3rd, we will determine whether we will have one or two teams in the 18UAA SPBL in 2026. At this time, we are looking to identify potential coaches for the AA team(s).  If you may be interested in coaching an AA team, please let us know so we can include you in the tryout process as it unfolds.
